• We are looking for a Sales Representative in our Malaysia team to help us reach local audience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the client to his/her dream: learning Data Science or Web-Development.
• Communicate with "warm" clients via phone calls and texting.
• Sell courses by identifying the clients’ goals and needs.
• Work the clients’ objections and doubts, look for the right solution.
• Get feedback after the webinars.
• Accompany the clients after the purchase (solve issues during the training process).
• Attend individual and group meetings with a supervisor.
• Correct and regular reporting.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Malay are must.
• 2+ years of work experience in B2C-sales.
• Experience in EdTech will be an advantage.
• Literacy, politeness, ability to listen.
• Positive attitude.
