Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in the similar role
• Proven experience in sales and managing relationships with key retailers (Gold Apple, Rive Gauche, Sephora, FOAM, etc)
• Strong analytical skills
• In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis, solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
• Knowledge of 1C: Trade Management
• Advanced or Fluent level of English

Requirements

• Plan, execute and direct domestic retailers, including development and implementation of account strategies, coordination of resources necessary to optimize strategies
• Build and develop relationships with retailers
• Identify new business opportunities and expand business
• Effectively manage account P&L
• Create and maintain stock level tracking & sales reporting relating to domestic retail field
• Responding to key clients’ needs as well as claims or complains
• Drive sell-out in collaboration with marketing team through trade marketing promotions and activities, comply with visual merchandising standards, and enhance online customer experience
• Act toward increase country sales performance as well as improving profitability and retail performance
• Creating post-performance reports to show the key insights and learning
