SMM Manager (Tbilisi)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the brand’s social media strategy for international profiles
• Create and execute social media ad campaigns to support business goals
• Manage content calendar for international social media accounts and ensure cross-functional alignment with all marketing initiatives
• Participate in the reporting, goal setting and benchmarking for social channels
• Manage content calendars across multiple platforms (Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
• Analyze the performance of brand’s accounts
• Knowledge of social media tools (LiveDune, Brandwatch, etc.)
• Trendwatching and marketing research
• Manage reactive social content and UGC
• Manage the team of designers and copywriters
• Work closely with the SMM community within the company

Requirements:

• English (Advanced)
• 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert knowledge of Twitter,TikTok, YouTube
• Experience setting and managing KPIs
• Experience with community management and social listening
• Experience executing paid digital ad campaigns
• Ability to manage multiple digital campaigns and channels with specific audience segments
• Skills in research, interviewing, copy writing and editing, photo/video production is a plus
• Ability to interface with multiple levels of management and departments
• Detail-oriented, able to prioritize multiple projects and manage internal deadlines
