About the job

  • We are currently developing our International marketing and communication team, which promotes Yandex advertising and analytic products globally. The team is looking for strong marketing professionals to communicate our products’ value to B2B target audiences
  • We are seeking Senior Social Media manager that has experience managing social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating and executing social media campaigns, communicating with regional agencies and analyzing data to optimize social media strategy. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement social media plans that support our overall business objectives

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple advertising products and different target audiences at international markets.
  • Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns across different platforms (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Work with multiple regional agencies for local digital strategies executions and community building
  • Form a content plan and come up with original ways to talk about advertising products and services for mobile publishers, including external platforms
  • Create engaging and informative social media content (including images, videos, and text) that resonates with our target audience and supports our brand messaging working with different cross-functional teams
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback and engage with customers, partners, and influencers to build relationships and share the feedback with product teams
  • Analyze social media data to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for future strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and tools to ensure we are utilizing them effectively
  • Identify and develop partnerships with other businesses, influencers, and organizations to increase brand exposure in international markets and B2B community
  • Monitor and analyse the work of contractors, build effective cooperation between several agencies, monitor payments and document flow

Qualifications

  • 3+ proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably with advertising and monetization products, B2B target audiences and international context
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus
  • Experience managing multiple regional SMM and digital agencies (proven agency contact base is a plus)
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
  • Ability to create and execute social media campaigns that support business objectives and generate engagement (portfolio with cases of launching, restarting or successful development of communities (b2b/b2d) in social networks under your leadership will be a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills to measure social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and experience with graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
