About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to join our fast-growing fintech company. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our new product from scratch, leveraging your expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention;
• conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform product positioning and messaging;
• collaborate with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, gather insights, and optimize marketing initiatives;
• plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing;
• monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization;
• stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product and marketing innovation.

Requirements

• bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field;
• proven track record of successfully launching and marketing new products, preferably in the fintech (adtech/edtech/gaming) industries;
• strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision-making;
• excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences;
• ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
• self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
