About the role:

• We are looking for a legal advisor to be responsible for legal support for a group of companies engaged in the supply of alcoholic beverages to international markets;
• To be successful as a legal advisor, you should have at least 3 years of experience in law field, bachelor`s degree in law. Knowledge of Russian-English is a must, knowledge of Serbian will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of the company's activities in the field of international law;
• Drafting and reviewing documents, letters and contracts;
• Acting on behalf of clients in disputes, if necessary;
• Identification of contractual risks, development of a legal position, ensuring compliance to construction laws and regulations;
• Negotiating with foreign clients and counterparties, legal support of transactions;
• Legal analysis of markets/countries/regions, identification of potential risks and advantages;
• Monitoring and analysis of legislative changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent;
• Experience as a Legal Advisor, Legal Consultant, or a similar role (international law as an advantage);
• In-depth knowledge of international law and the legal regulations of the EU countries & Serbia, corporate law, tax law, intellectual property rights (international conventions), orientation in international economic trends;
• Quick adaptation and learning ability;
• Ability to take complex legal information and translate it in a way that it’s understandable for your non-legal colleagues;
• Experience of independent project support with foreign partners;
• Good research skills and techniques, including using case studies to make supporting claims and arguments.
