Lead Product Manager, B2B (with Russian, English, in Cyprus / Remote)

• Playfair – внутренний сервис для анализа экспериментов, прогнозирования LTV и учета маркетинговых затрат

About the job:

• We are looking for a Lead Product Manager who will lead Fax B2B stream, will help us with launching product in the USA and further developing
• We see an ideal candidate as a solid business-oriented expert with 3+years in product development roles (incl. senior) in SaaS companies

Requirements:

• Successful experience in launching products from scratch in B2B (SaaS) to international markets
• Experience with different monetization strategies for SaaS businesses, understanding their pros and cons
• Experience managing developers team
• Strong understanding of product management concepts and product metrics
• Understanding key product and business metrics, how it can be decomposed to low-level metrics
• Ability to find bottlenecks and implement growth points
• Focus on customer needs identification and permanent product improvement based on it
• Good understanding the whole product and business lifecycle
• Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to confidently, clearly and reasonably communicate with stakeholders of all levels
• Fluent English and Russian
