UX Writer (English)

Responsibilities:

• Write interface texts for application screens including push buttons, pop-ups, button labels, titles, section names, error messages, and instructions.
• Work with designers and get involved early on in the process during wireframing stage.
• Regularly communicate with developers in order to understand the product perfectly and easily translate from the development language into the language of the user.
• Build the process of user experience research for a copy: put forward hypotheses, conduct tests, select the best.
• Create user scenarios with designers.
• Offer ideas on how to improve the interfaces and make them more convenient.
• Create content policies, tone of voice, guides, glossaries.
• Create a tone of voice that reflects the brand's personality and values.
• Produce content documentation: policies, guides, glossaries, etc.
• Monitor the quality of the copy.

Requirements:

• English level not lower than Upper Intermediate, native speaking is an advantage.
• Similar proven work experience as a Product Editor/ UX editor/ UX writer.
• You craft effective copy that is engaging, clear, and concise, while also reflecting the tone of voice.
• You know the principles of interface design.
• Experience working with Figma, Jira, and Miro.
• Working and communicating effectively in a cross-functional team.
• You know how to identify the needs of users and know how to close their "pain" with the help of content.
• Focusing on the result (engagement, retention), you know how to read analytics and work with user feedback.
• Not afraid of reasoned criticism and open to sensible suggestions.
• You know how to correctly prioritize tasks.
