About the role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our performance marketing initiatives
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in driving customer acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and funnel optimization across various channels including, but not limited to, paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing
• The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that will drive growth, revenue, and customer acquisition

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and email marketing, to drive traffic and revenue
• Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to improve website and landing page performance
• Conduct regular analysis of marketing campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
• Use data-driven insights to develop testing plans and optimize campaigns
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, including emerging technologies and platforms
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
• Present performance reports to internal stakeholders and executive teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a tech company
• You have good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, Affiliate Marketing, or CRM
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels
• Experience with SEM, SEO, social media advertising, display advertising, and email marketing
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup with an office in Bonifacio Global City (Taguig City)
