Requirements

• Degree in HR, Psychology or any related course
• At least 2 years of work experience in Recruitment
• Tech savvy, experience in using project management tools and job platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional communications skills in both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Managing 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening, selection of the right candidates
• Walkthrough and educate candidates on what to expect in the hiring process
• Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward
