About the job

  • We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Customer Success Manager to join our team
  • In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our mentors have a remarkable experience on our platform, and you will be a key partner in their mentoring journey
  • While prior work experience is not a requirement, exceptional communication skills are crucial for success in this role
  • You will need to be a good listener, able to understand and address mentors' concerns with empathy and understanding
  • Strong interpersonal skills are equally important in this role, as you will be building relationships with mentors from diverse backgrounds and cultures


  • Help mentors to successfully onboard on the platform and fill out their profile
  • Help mentors to identify areas of growth and work with our Community and Learning Leads to create supporting materials


  • Strong interpersonal skills, high EQ
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in English
  • Passionate about career development topics (ideally experience in mentorship, psychology, coaching)
  • Data-driven, analytical approach
  • High agency, entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in a “zero to one” environment
  • Creativity & out of the box thinking

How we work

  • Remote (UK-based)
  • Full time or part time options available but at least 20 hours per week
  • Initial contract is for 4 months (May-August), with an option to discuss further engagement options at the end of the contract
