Customer Support Specialist (with English, Russian, in Georgia)

About the Role

• We’re looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our Support team in Tbilisi
• We create products for (and by) people who love to produce, sell and share great products, so they can connect better, work faster, and smarter, and keep growing
• In this role, you will be working as part of our awesome E-series Support team, helping out customers around the world

Responsibilities

• Have enthusiastic, positive and knowledgeable interactions with customers, partners and Lightspeed team members
• Use consistent troubleshooting techniques to quickly and efficiently identify the source of customers’ issues and provide a prompt and appropriate solution
• Assist Lightspeed clients using the E-Series Help Centre
• Assist with the identification, reproduction and escalation of product issues and bugs to the Quality Assurance team, track the process of solving problems that were reported by customers, partners, and colleagues
• Advocate and promote improvements to our products and services from frontline customer feedback to the Support Manager

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Conversational Russian language skills
• Desire to help our customers and make their business successful
• Willingness to learn something new
