Responsibilities

Requirements

• you have at least 2 years of experience in Customer Service;
• you love English and had experience of learning it, and perhaps even teaching it!
• customer care brings you pleasure;
• it is important for you to achieve results;
• consistency, empathy for others and perfectionism are your key qualities.
