Investment Analyst (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Providing full scope of technical support at all stages of M&A process including:
• Data collection on potential parties of the transaction
• Preparation of comprehensive market analysis
• Preparation of financial models and performing indicative business valuation
• Preparation of teasers, investment memorandums and other project-related presentations
• Deal structuring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics
• International education is a plus
• Professional experience in BIG4 Corporate finance/Valuation/M&A, investment banks, M&A advisory, VC/PE funds, in-house M&A is a strong plus
• Strong knowledge and extensive experience in corporate finance, financial modelling, market research and preparation of presentations
• Participation in CFA program is a plus
• Fluent English is a must
