Responsibilities:

  • Market research on growth topics for inDrive.Couriers;
  • Identification of key BizDev opportunities for potential B2B customers;
  • Project management for business development strategies for inDrive.Couriers;
  • Hiring, management and constant development of the BD team;
  • Close cooperation with other departments: marketing, analytics, legal, finance etc.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B business development;
  • Can-do attitude and extreme level of ownership;
  • Excellent project management skills;
  • Excellent team player - you have succeeded in cross-functional environment ;
  • Natural leader - you can grow and develop your team and peers;
  • Knowledge of mobile apps digital metrics;
  • Data-driven and logical approach evangelist - zero tolerance for unproved ego-driven solutions;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Willingness to travel (business trips assumed).
  • Nice to have:
  • Entrepreneurship experience (even unsuccessful one).
