Product Designer (Tel Aviv)

About the job

• Grow Product Studio is looking for an UX/UI Product Designer to help shape and craft our complex platform systems into products that are simple and intuitive
• You will design end-to-end user experiences and optimizations – from early prototypes to final implementation and you will also contribute to the development of our product style guidelines and design system

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production
• Design pixel-perfect complex system/platform user interfaces
• Build, communicate, and present design ideas and be responsible for the products design language
• Collaborate with other designers, as well as product managers, developers, sales and marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver the best design solutions and help deliver outstanding user experiences and sales materials
• Produce all assets needed for the development teams and make sure that the work is delivered as it was designed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Visual Communication from Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT, or Wizo 
• 3+ years of experience designing a complex system/platform
• You have experience collaborating closely with R&D
• Proven knowledge of Figma (design and prototyping), Sketch, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience with user research and user testing
• Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered
