Office Technical Support Engineer (Yerevan)

About the job:

• HelpDesk supports company employees and infrastructure for all things IT equipment. We’re looking for an Office Technical Support Engineer for our office in Erevan, Armenia. Relocation is not included

Responsibilities:

• Register, classify, and escalate user queries
• Answer questions from users across a variety of channels
• Prepare and issue equipment
• Support office events
• Monitor query processing deadlines

Qualifications:

• Technical degree (in progress or completed)
• Experience working in Armenia as an Office Technical Support Engineer
• Familiarity with admin work for Windows, workstations, and peripheral equipment
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Desire to grow in IT
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work in-office
• Fluent Russian, English, and Armenian
• Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to set up engineering and IT equipment by following instructions
• Ability to repair equipment by following instructions
• Experience working with macOS and Linux
