Junior Social Media Manager (Part-time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Develop content plans and create compelling posts for JADED CBD's social media accounts on Linkedin, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Measure and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with followers on social media platforms and respond to their direct messages and comments.
• Negotiate collaborations with influencers and bloggers to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and optimize content to maximize engagement.

Requirements:

• Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll be generating content for an American audience, so you should be good at written and spoken English, and the team is native in English, so we don’t want to see or hear any mistakes.
• Experience in Social Media Marketing or strong knowledge of this field - the team expects you to have 0.5-2 years of experience, especially in leading Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok accounts.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Very strong written & spoken communication skills - you will be in charge of writing engaging content for the potential clients of JADED, so we expect you to be able to communicate clearly with them & be able to catch their attention with powerful texts.
• Creativity and ability to figure out the best content strategies for CBD and hemp oil products due to social media regulations.
• Good understanding of the latest social media trends and techniques.
• Independence and self-reliance - you can make decisions and work on your own without being constantly supervised, and you may have content planned weeks in advance.
• Proactivity - you are a self-starter with a high curiosity and the ability to become a subject matter expert quickly.
• Organizing skills - you know how to manage your time effectively.
• Not necessary but will be a great plus:
• Previous experience or knowledge of how the CBD industry works.

Conditions:

• Working hours: You’ll need to adjust your schedule to have 4 overlapping work hours with the team between 9 am and 5 pm New York time (EST time zone). Click here to check the time difference.
• What we offer:
• Part-time schedule (4 working hours per day, 5/2) with a potential shift to full-time (8 working hours per day, 5/2) if you perform great within the first 6 months. For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students, recent graduates, and other junior specialists who are able to meet the requirements of dedicating the needed amount of hours per day. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
