Responsibilities:
- to search, find, sort, and choose new games that fit our publishing portfolio
- establish initial contact with developers of chosen games
- support developers until signing a contract: prepare and oversee game tests, analyze results, gather feedback, prepare and sign contracts
- find nontrivial and beneficial ways of cooperation, make friends and connections, expand your network
- monitor market trends, analyze niches and directions
- look for projects on publishing using various sources such as analytics services, conferences websites, Reddit, Facebook groups, etc.
Requirements:
- experience in the gaming industry on the same or similar position connected with project management and/or communication, especially in the mobile f2p games segment or performance marketing agency
- understanding of how marketing, ad mediation, ASO, and live-ops work
- knowledge of main marketing and behavioral metrics for mobile f2p games (CPI/IPM/CTR/Retention/ARPU, etc.) and genre benchmarks
- passion for mobile games, are readiness to play a lot of games every day
- fluent English (Upper Intermediate level or higher) both written and oral, good business correspondence skills (the interview will be partially in English)
- ability clearly and plainly express your opinion both in written and oral
- previous success in signing successful deals/contracts/projects/partners
- It will be a plus if you have:
- experience with such services as SensorTower, data.ai
- experience with MMPs, such as AppsFlyer, SensorTower
- decent Chinese language skills (we can’t check that though, but hope for your honesty in this matter
