Requirements

• Years of experience and seniority level
• 2+ years of experience, middle level 
• Background
• English upper-intermediate, Russian fluent
• 2+ years experience working as project manager in tech and educational projects
• Successful experience in managing StartUp projects (in the USA Markets preferably)
• Knowledge of online education sphere will be plus
• Kanban and Scrum processes knowledge
• Personality and soft skills
• Excellent planning skills
• Ability to build up strong collaborations for successful course launching
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proactive mindset 
• Goal-oriented leader
• Great reporting and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the funnel of an educational process 
• Support students during the teaching processes
• Control courses launches
• Close cooperation with Product Manager
• Assisting hiring, onboarding of local staff (instructors, mentors)
• NPS and revenue analysis
