About You

• You’re an experienced UI/UX designer with a strong track record of delivery and the desire to learn additional technical skills in complementary toolkits and packages.
• Passionate about user experience and user interface design and keep up to date with the latest industry trends and products.
• The type of person that loves the challenge of solving complex technical problems by thinking outside the box.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes analysis, design and produces technical specification documentation for new design work and changes to existing applications.
• Works as a member of an Agile Scrum team, delivering business value deployments in sprints of 2 weeks.
• Acts a lead technical resource for user experience design and user interface design.
• Ensures that solutions adhere to software development best practices and security policies and control standards outlined in the Cigna Information Protection policy.
• Ensuring any developed solutions are written to be maintainable, scalable, testable and deployable.

Requirements

• Essential:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Media Technology, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Digital Design or Media and Computer Science.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in designing and developing UX design for applications and/or digital assets.
• Expert in adobe photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, and after effects.
• Wide knowledge in web Developing (CSS3, HTML5, DHTML, jQuery, JavaScript).
• Experience in Graphic Designing.
• Experience in mobile app designing using , Figma etc.
• Experience in WordPress development and management.
• Experience in flyer/brochure designing.
• Experience in social media posters/banners design.
• Email Marketing Design/Templates HTML.
• Desirable:
• Knowledge in PHP and MySQL database is an advantage.
• Experience of using Microsoft Azure Devops or Jira.
• Experience of using Crystal Reports.
• Experience gained within a financial services organization.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
