Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Development and support of corporate analytical reports on the requests of business users in accordance with the agreed deadlines
• Conducting interviews with end users of analytical reporting in order to collect and formalize business requirements for development or upgrade (Customer Development)
• Development of automated procedures aimed at extracting, transforming and loading data into analytical systems (ETL)
• Supporting business users in identifying key business indicators in order to track them as part of analytical reporting, proactive participation in the formation of business metrics
• Creating report prototypes in Figma and setting up convenient visualization in the analytics platform Qlik Sense
• Conducting research on data to identify patterns, unobservable correlations, anomalies, and weaknesses, followed by a presentation of the results
• Introduction of a library of key indicators presented in analytical reporting, ensuring methodological purity and uniform definitions in various reports, including taking into account global definitions and standards

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or Finance
• 2 years of experience in BI/Data Analytics (areas such as pharma/retail/FMCG are an added advantage)
• Ability to speak English at least at the Upper-Intermediate level
• Experience in building user-friendly and readable reports in BI (Tableau / QlikSense / PowerBI)
• Confident knowledge of SQL - window functions, experience solving analytical problems with python/R
• Desirable requirements:
• Knowledge of basic database design concepts
• The ability to see the physical meaning behind numbers and the ability to find the causes of phenomena
• You can visualize, have a good understanding of the basic principles of working with color and plotting
