Requirements

• English at an Intermediate level or higher
• Experience with Facebook, and TikTok
• Basic knowledge of advertising or consumer psychology
• Ability to analyze marketing funnels for mobile applications and web products
• Understanding the approaches of making new concepts, variations
• Proactivity and ability to close tasks quickly
• Result oriented approach
• Creativity
• Attention to detail
• Fast learning and adapting to the market/requirements
• Will be a plus:
• Experience in a similar position
• Basic understanding and experience of using Facebook Ads Manager
• Maintaining a healthy lifestyle / practicing intermittent fasting

Responsibilities

• Work with Health&Fitness applications (intermittent fasting / relationship)
• Developing and optimizing of UGC concepts
• Generating your own ideas for videos and static creatives for ads
• Monitoring competitors’ creatives using BI tools, analyzing the effectiveness of our creatives
• Writing briefs / technical tasks for creating video / static creatives
• Working with variations / localizations / adaptations and new concepts
• Working with different markets
• Participating in different processes such as Brainstorms, strategy building, creative research, tests of hypotheses/results analyzing etc.
• Constantly studying new networks, their policies, features
