Corporate Communications Executive, Social Media (Istanbul)

Responsibilities

• Be a member of Getir Turkey Corporate Communications team, working with talented colleagues and great partners (agencies), reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Communications, Turkey
• Management of social media accounts and content sharings of all brands
• You will support to plan, develop and design social interactions across the brand’s digital channels to increase brand exposure and strengthen brand image
• Follow the daily trends and leverage the concepts to create the best out of it in terms of reaction & engagement for the brand
• Supporting the marketing team in project-based digital projects
• Evaluating the contents produced by marketing teams from corporate communications point of view
• Always be prepared to look out for communication, content creators, or partnerships opportunities
• Leading the social media listening process and work closely with the customer service, operation and crisis team based on the needs
• Creation of social listening report of projects ,crises and marketing campaigns
• Evaluating the data in social media with the customer experience team

Requirements

• Social media experience - ideally from FMCG, food, agency, blog or e-commerce sectors - to ensure you can get up to speed quickly
• Fluency in English
• You are organized, autonomous but a team-player, flexible and able to prioritize tasks
• Curious, creative and know how to detect and plan for the social trends of the future
• Clear, established experience in managing social media channels - Instagram, Twitter, YouTube
• Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools (FB, IG, TW and YT)
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Good communication skills and an eye for details
• You stay up to date with current technologies or trends in social media
