Senior Product Analyst (Remote / Cyprus)

Responsibilities:

• Performing user behaviour research, looking for data insights to generate new product hypotheses
• Analyzing usage, conversion, adoption, and retention data and sharing actionable insights with all product teams to improve conversion and enhance customer experience
• Optimizing product communication on the website/app to ensure easy understanding by customers
• Driving Lensa’s strategy by identifying new opportunities to make the company cheaper, faster, and more convenient, working with product managers to implement these insights
• Partnering with other teams to estimate and measure the impact of changes on product, as well as identify sustainable volume drivers
• Proactively creating, owning, and tracking OKRs for the product team and ensuring accountability throughout the quarter
• Collaborating with designers and conducting user research to optimize flows and contribute to the future product roadmap
• Conducting A/B tests from hypotheses to analysis and recommendations
• Building reports on the current / new functionality
• Working on data quality: writing an event map for new functionality, making sure that data from different sources are consistent
• Collaborate closely with product, development and marketing teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, with a deep understanding of product metrics and analytics
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and Python, as well as experience in an A/B Testing environment
• Familiarity with a variety of third-party product analytics systems, such as Amplitude, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and a clear understanding of how to effectively share insights and findings with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of data engineering tools is a plus, as it can help with managing and manipulating large amounts of data
• A self-motivated and self-managed individual, who is dependable and takes initiative to drive results
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to effectively communicate and present data-driven insights and recommendations to a wide range of stakeholders
• A proven track record of analytical and creative problem-solving, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to complex challenges
