Long Term Intern, Digital Marketing (Istanbul)

Description:

• In order to expand our current activities, we would like to welcome an intern whose main area of interest will be related to the growth and scale-up of multichannel marketing operations in Turkey. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn about growth marketing tactics to support beautiful digital products and develop ideas to distribute exceptional digital experiences to people!

Responsibilities:

• Support managing the digital channel / platform. (HQ Email, WA Business, SMS, Campus Sanofi) from A to Z. (including optimization, execution, channel consultancy)
• Support Business Units to orchestrate/execute Omnichannel campaigns, assets publishing and projects across channels, contribute to customer activation planning and to customer journey design in collaboration with BUs
• Assist managing Campaigns lifecycle from Planning and setup, monitoring of campaigns, delivery of agreed KPIs, to reporting & optimization
• Facilitate sharing of best practices and learnings across Business Units

Requirements:

• Current study of BS/MS degree in MIS (Management Information Systems), IT, engineering, or digital marketing fields
• Fluency in English
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Preferably self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
• Preferably experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud/or any other CRM tool
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation and facilitation skills in English
• (Preferably) HTML knowledge

• This role will report to Head of Channel Operations, Omnichannel & Digital Marketing and her/his team peers will be as follows:
• Campaign /Channel Specialist (HQ Emails)
• Campaign /Channel Specialist (Whatsapp Business & SM)
