Requirements

• We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our product team and lead a new major product
• Successful experience in launching new products and/or major features
• Good taste in design and user experience or UX Designer experience in the background
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies // High level of comfort with technology
• Skills and experience in custdev, formation, and testing hypotheses
• Outstanding problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in Scrum/Agile development process
• Great communication skills (internal with the team and external with customers)
• English B2+
• Results-oriented approach
• Leadership skills
• Bonus points
• Into crypto and have the desire to dive deeply into Web3 // Knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, NFTs, and DeFi
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analytics tools is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers and designers to deliver new product from scratch and ship features weekly
• Collaborate closely with CEO, create and maintain product team’s roadmap and milestones, align vision
• Speak to customers, gain a deep understanding of their needs, and adjust the roadmap based on insights, even drastic changes are possible
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, plan MVPs, and ship — Conduct structured and regular market research on competitors and potential customers, work closely with sales and marketing teams
• Gain insights from blockchain analytics to make product better and fulfill customers’ needs
• Participate in building new product look
