Executive Producer (Krakow / Warsaw)

• Sperasoft is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our growing company to help us develop and play a critical role for some exciting new gaming franchises
• You will help build and guide a diverse team and bring a shared vision of the games to life.  We want you to share your passion, leadership, and expertise for making great games
• The Executive Producer will be responsible for making sure projects are released on time and within budget. As the Executive Producer, you are ultimately responsible for our AAA projects and your goal will be to manage development from concept through to release and delivery of a high-quality engaging game for various platforms
• You will be collaborating with Executives and Senior Management, team leaders, as well as internal and external stakeholders
• At Sperasoft the Executive Producer will drive the development team towards their production goals, determine resource requirements, and manage various risks to the project

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end game production including project scope, planning & scheduling, processes & tools, budgeting, P&Ls, staffing, technology, design, narrative, art, audio, localization, QA, and live services 
• Accountable for full development cycle:  lead the development and in collaboration with the team leaders champion and drive the product's vision 
• Ensure that the teams have best organizational structure, pipelines, processes  
• Help resolve unique complex development issues through ingenuity, creativity, and any other means
•  Identify risks and remove roadblocks and performance bottlenecks as needed
• Partner with Executive and Senior Management, business development and development team to define creative pillars and ensure we are aligned with our partners, remaining on track to achieve our goals 
• Responsible for the collaboration with external development partners and publishers 
• Collaborate with partners, senior management, and colleagues in crafting the vision for games and IP to reach large and diverse audiences
• Manage, encourage, and nurture a diverse group of game professionals to be leaders in their craft and grow in their careers. Direct responsibility for the project team including Production, Art, Engineering and QA teams
• Develop, maintain and publish project KPIs that track project status including quality, budget and milestones 
• Develop strong and positive relationships with our partners to maintain the flow of information while aligning frameworks, game content, opportunities, and priorities 
• Work cross functionally to create a healthy team culture based on rich communication, transparency, and shared context 
• Partner and consult with the senior management team on how to deliver a unified development strategy for all AAA full development projects across the business 
• Actively champion and promote the company values 
• Willing to travel to meet with development partners and teams across Sperasoft studios

Requirements

• Extensive production experience in video games with multiple shipped titles: 10+ years preferred 
• Completed at least 2 full development cycles in an Executive Producer or comparable position for shipped AAA games 
• Proficiency in video game production across multiple platforms. A strong mix of business, creative, technical, innovation, and managerial experience from the video game industry
• Ability to communicate in a way that is inspiring and clear as you manage projects and empower people effectively under tight production deadlines and in complex and fluid business environments 
• Leadership experience with ability to empower and inspire teams with a diplomatic and collaborative approach 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and abilities 
• Ability to effectively work in a hybrid in-office/work-from-home environment with teams spread across multiple studios and regions
