About us:

  • The Marketing Technology Manager will be a member of the Global Marketing Team and will report to the Head of Global Marketing. Our mission is to increase performance and velocity of local marketing operations with strong marketing infrastructure for Gett’s B2B and B2C business
  • Marketing Technology Manager is first and foremost, a technologist who understands marketing disciplines (such as Leads Generation, Paid Search and Media, Social Media, Email Marketing) as well as marketing softwares (such as CRM, MAP and MMP)
  • As a MarTech Manager, you’ll be playing the key role in translating Marketing vision to technology implementation. You’ll also serve a crucial link between Marketing, Product, RnD and IT to couple the marketing function with the technology that delivers it


  • Define and manage a strategic plan for marketing technology that aligns with company goals
  • Ensure properly operating MarTech stack - Implement and manage 3rd party marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Collaborate with Product, R&D, Data teams and vendors to ensure seamless compatibility and integration between internal and external platforms. This includes identifying problems and improving its performance 
  • Support local marketing teams in the UK and Israel while building marketing automation and encourage self-serve use of marketing infrastructure
  • Support leads tracking segmentation and tracking in Salesforce, tech setup for retargeting/remarketing campaigns 
  • Support media agencies with attribution tracking
  • Manage Braze attributes and events, targeting population and A/B testing methodology 
  • Stay up-to-date of the latest trends and innovations in the MarTech space and identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of Gett Marketing Ops
  • Create reports on marketing activities and improve marketing tracking systems
  • Present deliverables that will impact business decisions to senior management - analysis, process changes and more


  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role 
  • Hands-on experience with marketing softwares such as Braze, AppsFlyer, Pendo, Salesforce, SurveyMonkey (or similar systems)
  • Knowledge of BI tools (such as Tableau, Mixpanel) and SQL - strong advantage
  • Proven project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and optimize complex processes
  • Ability to push things to happen under pressure in a dynamic and highly-fluid environment
  • Open-minded, positive, problem-solving and opportunity-seeker mindset
  • English proficiency both spoken and written - must
