Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support compliance awareness program elaboration and implementation;
• Support risk analysis and risk mitigation plans to continuously improve compliance;
• Develop internal policies and regulations;
• Analyze business processes to ensure their compliance with internal requirements;
• Manage personal data compliance system;
• Participate in investigations and inspections, process complaints, mediation of conflicts, identification of suspicions and facts of unfair actions.

Requirements:

• Around 3-5 years of professional experience as an in-house counsel within FMCG sector;
• The ability to deal with ambiguity, work in dynamic fast changing environment;
• Process driven mind-set and strong attention to details;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills;
• English B2 or higher.
