Description:
- In this role you will build and manage the execution of highly impactful acquisition campaigns as well as develop and maintain relationships with affiliate partners and influencers.
- As a passionate performance marketer, you will have a build with future view, creative and growth mindset, and the ability to work effectively with partners and international stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Support user acquisition through Mobile Programmatic Advertising (DSPs, Advert Networks, etc) and Affiliate Marketing.
- Collaboratively build and execute a channel strategy to meet both short-term and long-term acquisition goals.
- Build and manage relationships with Mobile Programmatic Partners, Affiliates and our Affiliate Marketing Platform.
- Find and engage with the best Affiliates and Programmatic Partners.
- Build a testing pipeline of Programmatic Partners (DSPs, Advert Networks, Publishers, etc.).
- Manage an increasing budget, optimize and scale campaigns against tight granular KPIs.
- Work with the Creative Team to develop innovative and high-performing assets across all devices and formats.
- Track, report and present campaign performance with internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Implement test and learn strategies, discover ongoing improvements and invest in areas that drive scalable results.
- Keep up to date with the latest changes/developments in the Mobile Programmatic Advertising and Affiliate Marketing landscape, identifying and testing new digital platforms/channels as appropriate.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Digital Performance Marketing experience in a top agency or a consumer-facing, fast-paced company.
- Very technical affiliates marketing experience having scaled and optimised affiliates programs, working on various affiliate marketing platforms.
- Working experience with Mobile Programmatic Partners such as Mobile DSPs, Advert Networks, Publishers, Incent Traffic Partners, etc is preferred but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to use research, hard data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- A comfortableness with Excel (functions, pivots) and reporting tools like Looker/Tableau. SQL experience is a plus.
- A creative and methodical problem-solving skillset with a focus on efficient execution while balancing big-picture thinking.
- Excellent multi-tasking ability and are able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment characterised by constant growth.
- The ability to interpret results and communicate insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
