Legal Counsel (Kazakhstan)

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support for dedicated function of the Company
• Draft and review agreements, MoUs, notices, letters, replies, opinions etc. of the Company with its customers and counterpartners
• Organize the office record keeping system and ensures maintenance of files and records;
• Assist senior counsel in defence of the Company before third parties, including regulatory agencies during external inspection;
• Prepare cases for courts and present them in court under quidance of senior counsel;
• Record minutes, prepare forms and agendas;
• Gathering and summarizing data for legal reports and opinions administer and providing legal reports on legal department operations and activities.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience;
• LLB;
• Fluency in spoken and written Russian, Kazakh and English (Intermediate+);
• Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and P.C. skills are essential;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• No obstacle to travel domestically and internationally.
