  • Cooperate with product and R&D departments to participate in the whole process of APP product research, design and operation iteration;
  • Owning product roadmap, defining user stories, functional requirements, managing products;
  • Build, implement and advocate the customer behaviour-centric and data-driven approach;
  • Focus on user needs, form innovative and differentiated functions, and enhance function value;
  • Drive the improvement of product core indicators through product operation, participate in problem locating, analyzing and proposing optimization schemes;
  • Define messaging and communication about new and existing features to assist in business development and e-commerce sales;
  • Own the user acquisition process and implement the AARRR strategy in general;
  • Building CJM, conducting CustDev;
  • Participation in UX/UI designing with development team;
  • After the launch of the product, through data analysis and research, track the implementation effect of the product, feedback the effect and problems, and quickly promote the optimization;
  • Inventing and implementing the new metrics, analytics reports, dashboards;
  • Working with HADI cycle, conducting A/B test constantly to improving the product steadily;
  • Manage financial expectations of new and existing products;
  • Pay attention to industry trends, conduct regular industry benchmarking and output benchmarking improvement schemes.


  • 2 years+ experience in product management, creating and launching successful products,
  • Data-driven and outcome focused mindset;
  • Experience in describing tasks for the development and preparation of documentation;
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of the complex web and mobile applications;
  • Experience in implementing product growth;
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate within all levels of the company;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong passion for innovation creating a great user experience;
  • Strong understanding of customer development;
  • Forward thinking and taking the initiative to anticipate the needs of products and business;
  • Written and spoken English - Upper intermediate level or higher.
