About the job:

• With close collaboration with the customers and internal cross functional team you will participate in the projects, that aim to customise and implement performance management applications for the customers.

Responsibilities:

• Active participation in different phases of performance management application implementation and administration projects
• Collection of requirement / framing workshops with customers, users
• Drafting of functional and technical specifications
• Application build and settings
• Advice and business assistance for the production of accounts, reporting, budget preparation
• Maintenance of applications and support for post-production business departments
• Writing of user guides and animation of training workshops

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, or economics
• Fluent English and Intermediate French
• Project management and IT experience
• Good communication skills
• Learning agility and ambition
• This position implies working remotely with the need to travel to France 4-6 times/year
