Job Description

• Trainee Lawyer is part of the Legal Team and is responsible to conduct day to day legal works of the Company such as reviewing, negotiating, revising and preparing the contracts, standard forms, protocols, and procedures.

Requirements

• Graduated from reputable law school with excellent academic background.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Capable of following up the business processes in the legal department.
• Capable of doing extensive research, subject-specific Supreme Court decisions and legislation scans for the solution of legal problems.
• High learning agility to adapt in short term.
