Junior Category Manager (Snacks)

Job Description

• A potential employee will act as (Cust Mgmt Assoc Supervisor Cat Mgmt NKA) Junior Category Manager in Snacks Team.
• Category management projects leading (2-3 TOP customers)
• Assortment/planogram/navigation development
• NPD selling stories adaptation and presentation
• Listing / seasonal listing plan development and tracking
• Using all report types to providing information for customers and sales team
• Provide category reviews for customers on regular basis / on request
• Pro-active interaction with customer sales teams
• Secondary equipment for customers: development, implementation, stock control
• Participation in internal cross functional projects
• Legal entity: PepsiCo Holdings
• Permanent Contract

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience in category management < 1 year
• Experience in analytics < 1 year
• Strong skills in MS Office, Nielsen Advisor, Spacemen/Apollo, GFK/Romir database
• English language – upper intermediate
• Ability to quickly work with multi-tasks
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong negotiation skills internal & external
