Regional Sales Manager (Georgian, Russian languagе)

Job Description

• Build sales strategy for dedicated sales force, development of AOP (Annual Operational Plan) for Direct Dairy Sale Tbilisi / Rustavi
• Prepare AOP for Dedicated Teams; develop strategy, set volume targets and KPIs responded to brand development and sales strategy.
• According to annual/monthly sales plans, establish plan for each team to ensure delivery of monthly/annual volume targets by channels and brands.
• Set monthly SDO (Sales Development Objective) and KPI targets for TSMs (Territory Sales Managers) to ensure delivery of volume targets
• Plan sales activities, programs, incentives accordingly with established budget to ensure delivery of volume targets
• Lead and implement PepsiCo Dairy-category sales strategy and G2M (Go To Market) model as well as expansion plans:
• Control of Territory Sales Managers individual and team sales results
• Set in cooperation with Caucasus Sales Capability department working methods for dedicated sales force;
• Manage the team of TSMs in accordance with PepsiCo processes and procedures to create and keep highly trained, professional and effective sales team operating on PepsiCo standards;
• Responsible for managing the budget in the most effective and profitable way which bring bigger volume uplift.
• Effective cooperation with head of SC, Finance, Legal & Marketing departments to ensure delivering of established targets.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in related areas (sales, commercial etc.)
• Broad-based business acumen and commercially savvy
• Experience in building a high performing and highly engaged team
• Ability to build deep trusting, collaborative relationships and create strong interdependencies
• High drive and results oriented spirit
• Experimental set of mind, ‘pragmatic creativity’, desire to test & learn in-store interventions
• PC & software skills required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with advanced analytical Tools
• Language skills: native speaker of Georgian, Russian language required B2+, English language A2+
