Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the Sales Organization towards sustainable business growth through all-channels customer development and excellence in execution in close partnership with the x-function and in full alignment with the overall company and business strategy and compliance norms.
  • Deliver on the financial commitment by month/quarter and a full year in NTS target with a robust demand forecast accuracy aligned to the inventory goals, profitability, investments efficiency benchmarks and contractual agreements.
  • Build and implement solid business plan aligned to the marketing brand strategy designed to deliver the correct GP and market share target by brand, category, and channel.
  • Maintains close collaboration with the critical customers and ensure sustainable business relations with the clients on the long-term basis.
  • Ensure that the brand portfolio has the optimal coverage, pricing and distribution strategy.
  • Proactively seek for the business growth opportunities and the strategies to address potential risks and threats in close collaboration with the x-functional leadership.
  • Build a capability model for each critical function and ensure that the right people are in the right roles with clear capability building and development plans in close collaboration with people leadership practices and guidelines.
  • Being the part of the Leadership Team ensure the input into the overall organization strategy and leadership for the broader organization.
  • Excel in people leadership to manage high-performing and engaged team as well as champion talent growth and advocate for the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion agenda.
  • Role model high ethics and compliance leadership standards in all the aspects of the work as well as continuously reinforce the compliance culture for the broader organization.
  • Work with the leadership to ensure policies, programs, processes are developed, implemented, communicated & constantly monitored.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree required, preferable in management, commerce, or MBA.
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading sales and customer development functions in the environment of OTC and/or FMCG businesses.
  • Unquestioned ethics, integrity, and people leadership capabilities together with role modeling in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Advanced business and strategy acumen and awareness of the key commercial operations and processes that lead to the commercial success of the organization.
  • Great partnership skills, effective communication, stakeholder management, ability to develop and implement the strategy.
  • Fluent English.
