Main responsibilities:

  • Organization and control of market research and insight initiatives.
  • Active cross-functional interaction with all department.
  • Co-working with Product Managers, identification of information gaps and validation of actionable insights of stakeholders (doctors, patients, pharmacists).
  • Communication with market research agencies (briefs, compliance monitoring).
  • Preparation and providing regular reports from syndicated research data base.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education in Sociology, Mathematics, Economic, etc.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in market research in pharma industry (client or agency side) or agency – quantitative research.
  • Proactive, accurate, stress-resistance.
  • Deep understanding of pharma market and/or market research methodologies.
  • Analytical skills: ability to condense analysis into actionable insights.
  • Communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with syndicated data (Data Friend, QlikView) is an advantage.
