Responsibilities:
- Accountable for delivering the therapeutic area brand performance with respect to sales, market share and profitability to meet or exceed budget targets. Increase Customer Life Time value of essential brands.
- As lab-head, use rapid-design process and feedback loop leveraging agile methodology. Provide out-of-the-box solutions using Design Thinking.
- Drive the growth of the Essential brands TA by establishing growth plans for existing products, effectively handling their life cycle, establishing and managing effective strategic partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial approach to portfolio management to optimize ROI across a diverse range of brands through the lifecycle by actively investing across brands with shared/pooled services and flexibly budgeting according to prioritized outcomes.
- Using targeted strategies and innovative, cost-effective GTM models to efficiently commercialize non-priority diverse set of brands. Use digital engagement channels, innovative access models & cross-portfolio reimbursement deals / discounts to improve value across the lifecycle, including Business-to-business selling, account management and contracting focus, “non-personal promotion” to HCPs.
- Incorporate opportunities to maximize lifecycle value and differentiate beyond efficacy to address non-clinical barriers and product enhancements (e.g., devices, digital services).
- Develop cross-TA solutions and implement a customer feedback loop to share and inspire other TAs. Drive, test and implement with agility new innovative operating model.
- Customer facing (at least 50%) to validate external competition benchmark for solutions either by interacting with customers or other industries and sectors.
Requirements
- Education: High level academic education in Life Sciences (Advanced degree in bioscience, medicine, business, and/or management).
- Proficient Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
- Min. 5 years of experience in engaging various collaborators within the health sector.
- Experience as a Product Specialist.
- Experience in cross functional teamwork and working on multiple projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to set a clear vision, handle multifunctional extended teams and network effectively.
- Experience in working with large data sets from various functions / backgrounds, commercial projects, digital transformation and governance projects.
- Desirable Requirements:
- Brand Manager experience.
