Senior Business Planning Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Review and challenge marketing performance of sales team, to ensure that all assumptions are robust and commercially sound.
• Forecasting, business planning, budgeting & strategic planning including periodical revisions.
• Driving profitable growth by providing proactive analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions.
• Own the management cash flow forecasting.
• Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs & improving profitability.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a multinational company (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting and planning.
• Knowledge and skills about Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills with speak-up and teamwork mentality.
• English (intermediate or higher).
