Retention Data Analyst (in Israel)

Responsibilities

• In-depth analysis to determine the right retention strategy
• Create self-service analytical tools, monitor and explain retention trends and communicate to necessary decision makers
• Be a thought and hands-on retention forum leader and come up with new ideas for retention research
• Combine the dots of multiple domains and work with various stakeholders (management, product, marketing, data..)

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an analyst and using data methodologies from an online company
• SQL as a mother tongue
• Proven experience with data visualization tools
• Proficiency in A/B testing including statistical methods
• Deep intellectual curiosity and passion for data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High presentations skills
• BA/B.Sc in a quantitative or technical field - an advantage
• Background in statistics - an advantage
