Job Description

As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading the organization through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements.

All our HR roles provide the chance to define your skills, apply them in a professional setting, and have a direct impact on business results. During the internship, P&G evaluates if you are the right fit for a career in P&G. You will have mid-term and end-of-term review sessions which are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.

During this 6-month internship, your projects will mostly be connected with such areas as employee engagement and employee relations. More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing employee communication and engagement strategy to enable organizational culture change as a result of a hybrid work setup
  • Assess the effectiveness of various existing internal company policies (e.g., vacation policy, domestic relocation, flexible work arrangements, etc.)
  • Contribute to policy change, work process improvements, and their implementations in a number of employee relation areas (relocation process, electronic documentation)

Compensation & benefits

  • Monthly salary 85 000 RUB gross
  • Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Russia and attend the Moscow office at least a few days per week
  • 3+ year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation) with a higher education diploma
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
