  • Job Purpose:
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies and develop the Sanofi leadership and partnership in relevant specialities to meet immediate sales, profitability objectives and long-term development objectives.
  • In addition there is a specific duty to self-assess risk for the domain of responsibility, and highlight risks to the n+1 direct manager in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all IGP process and share the country plan with the Global marketing teams and prepare marketing plans analysing the relevant markets and defining long and short -term qualitative and quantitative objectives. This should involve:
  • Establishment and approval of a strategic marketing plan which is timely and acceptable to management.
  • Produce marketing updates as required; Prepare product sales forecasts which are timely and accurate; Develop pre marketing plans for new products in line with the Global Marketing; Practice Marketing plans should include market analysis, critical success factors, marketing actions, market research, clinical trials and implementation plans and should be in line with MET principles.
  • Build, implement promotional plan and strategy on time and communicate to related functions.
  • Manage communications with sales force and other peers and all strategic partners to ensure business and marketing objectives are met.
  • Maintain close relations with the sales force to ensure interchange of information.
  • Monitor and report progress of marketing plans according to agreed requirements in order to modify marketing mix to achieve sales objectives.
  • To communicate the brand marketing strategies to the sales team and other cross functional teams through both brand strategy and periodical meetings; to ensure cooperation regarding the strategies and to monitor the results.
  • Maintain and develop credibility and reputation amongst KOLs, HCPs and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and follow up & report allocated promotional budgets within agreed limits.
  • To monitor the innovations, market developments, competitor activities and opportunities in the market; to keep the brand vision dynamic in accordance with the market conditions; to develop projects to take benefit from opportunities in the market.
  • To be informed about every kind of practice such as logistics, pricing, registration, clinical researches and about legislation concerning the product(s) he/she is in charge of; to take and propose and ensure implementation of corrective actions where required.
  • To decide on the promotional materials supporting the marketing strategies in coordination with the Medical Manager; to ensure preparation of such materials for use and monitor their efficient use.
  • To plan, implement or ensure implementation of training and promotions for the product(s) under his/her management (internal and external customers).
  • To contribute to the establishment of BU goals and strategies and synergy.
  • Deliver financial objectives (sales, profitability,) in line or above Strategic exercise.
  • Identify and manage specific part of the A&P to guarantee the execution of the Plans.
  • CE Marketing Support to maintain and develop credibility and reputation amongst KOLs, HCPs and other stakeholders.
  • CLH & DAM & Content factory – co-work with CE & excellence in reporting& content utilization -CLM maintenance & analysis  & usage reporting + quarterly change suggestions (according SF comments + analytics).
  • CLM content & product barrier excellence – co-work with Pyksys + Customer engagement.
  • Monitor the evolution of customer interactions and their impact on the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing or MBA degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management within multinational environment.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent command of computer applications (MS office).
  • Ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Able to operate in a cross-cultural and complex matrix environment.
  • Outstanding process and project management skills.
  • Eager to learn and develop, with openness to exposure to challenging initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, problem solving and organization skills.
