Assistant Brand Manager Intern (in Dubai)

• This is a full time 1 year internship based in Dubai working closely with the Brand Manager on launching new products within Dermocosmetic

Responsibilities

• Digital:
• Develop monthly content calendars for social
• Implement new assets on website
• Create a map for specialty dermocosmetics E-com players in key markets
• Identify top professional influencers (pharmacists / Derms) in key markets and come up with an advocacy strategy to leverage our dermocosmetics brands
• Implement influencers send-outs based on product priorities
• Participate to the development of PR activations
• Pharmacy:
• Create a tracking file for visibility in top accounts per market
• Organize monthly product knowledge trainings for dermocosmetics beauty advisors
• Follow-up on implementation of training sessions for key accounts
• Participate to the development of seasonal brand activation toolkits
• Collect and analyze pharmacy sell-out data and share recommendations
• Medical :
• Collect and analyze medical visits insights
• Follow-up on implementation of new e-detailers & leave behinds including Veeva process
• Follow-up on health compliance procedures
• Implement surveys with dermatologists to customize communication material
• NPIs & renovations:
• Manage artworks regional adaptation & approval by regulatory
• Follow-up on registration process

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate based in the UAE, preferrably 2022 graduate
• Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Proven self-starter with strong initiative, enthusiasm for business, and results orientation
• Candidates should come up agile ways to validate insights/products/hypothesis with consumers
• Passion for skincare & health is a plus
