Junior International Recruiter (Latin America, Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for international positions
• Interact with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, their role requirements, and other recruitment issues
• Use direct search methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, advertising, social media, networking, and employee referrals
• Interview, screen, and evaluate candidates to identify the ones that best fit position requirements
• Manage resumes in our ATS
• Report on vacancies
• Get involved in various internal and external HR-related projects

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• People skills and an active frame of mind
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working in recruitment
• Fluency in Portuguese, French, or other languages
