Creative Content Producer (in the USA)

About us

• Supercell — is a Finnish mobile game development company based in Helsinki. 
• Since our launch in 2010, we've brought five games to the global market – Hay Day, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Clash Royale and Brawl Stars. Our dream is to create great games that as many people as possible play for years and that are remembered forever.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects spanning many different types of content and partnerships
• Own and manage key partner relationships
• Be the overall owner of schedules, budgets, and everything else that keeps the trains running
• Partner cross-functionally w/ other internal teams at Supercell

Requirements

• At least 10, preferably 15+ years in a Producer role
• Passion for storytelling and building entertainment franchises
• Experience coordinating large, cross-functional projects spanning creative, production, business, legal, marketing, etc
• Meaningful experience w/ at least 2 types of content (eg live-action, animation, interactive, consumer products, etc)
• Entrepreneurial; comfortable operating with minimal direction
• Highly adaptable and fearless
• Ability to seamlessly switch between operating at a high strategic level, and being deep in the nuts and bolts of things
• Experience working with Entertainment franchises or character-driven brands
• Gaming experience NOT required
