Responsibilities:
- Building talent capability of internal and external resources, via internal and external pipelines;
- Identify the right talent supporting the current and future needs of the company;
- Taking a leading role in managing relationship with all stakeholders;
- Smoothing the lifecycle of candidate, making joining SPLAT a nicer experience- with innovative strategies for recruitment marketing, assessment and adaptation (onboarding);
- Taking part in all international hiring, as applicable;
- Minimizing disruptions to the business flow, by effectively handling all sub-processes related to talent acquisition;
- Developing and promoting people development initiatives, ultimately resulting in greater internal mobility and retention;
- Taking part in all applicable cross-domain People initiatives;
- Ensuring data and analytics is available and support the company in talent decisions;
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in HR or any related field; however, proven business credentials will be given preference over academic background;
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition contributor or similar role, with complete ownership of hiring lifecycle;
- Experience of working in fast-paced environment, where an organization is scaling to new market amid tight external conditions will be highly preferred;
- Consumer Goods or Lifesciences experience will be highly beneficial;
- Can-do” attitude, desire to grow and develop by accepting new challenges and stretching oneself;
- Openness, values-based attitude towards work, humanity and consideration of different views of the world/cultures; •
- Passion for and an aspiration for career in Human Resources;
