Marketing Manager (Snacks)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for volume, revenue, gross profit and SOM targets of Lay’s Core & Lay’s Baked
• Co-leads development of long-term (IBP) and annual (AOP) strategies and growth programs. Leads development of Lay’s/Lay’s Baked investments and long term innovation strategy
• Leads development communication/engagement programs.
• Leads development of innovation pipeline to fuel the growth
• Initiates Consumer and shopper Insights projects within above listed scope
• Manages and develops RU Brand Managers
• Partners with multifunctional team in brand building and innovation projects development.
• Develops and distributes toolkits and guidelines to ensure consistent execution of programs and leverage cross-regional opportunities.
• Owns and manages KPI scorecard and proposes plans to course correct if needed.
