Digital Project Management Intern

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting with department process improvement and system enhancement projects for the Engagement Management team;
• Assist with project documentation and record keeping;
• Shadow Project Managers and Device Project Specialists to learn standard project management methodologies for implementing medical devices and software.
• Work with the Head of Engagement Management to prepare presentations and shadow leadership meetings and calls to gain experience in leadership and management in the Bayer Radiology Solutions Delivery Organization.

Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled or currently pursuing a bachelor’s, or master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Health Care or related field;
• Strong communication and presentation skills required;
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel;
• Willingness to deal with ambiguity, learn on the fly, and critical thinking;
• Strong self-direction, detail orientation, organizational skills and time management;
• Technical acumen with a willingness and ability to learn technical programs.
• Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with IS / IT application integration within Healthcare preferred but not required.
